LEADERSHIP TRAINING 

"Everything rises of falls on leadership"!  For this reason we have taken steps to work with the leaders on our Haitian field.  Pastors need training and Paul needs help from added leaders to relive his burden of responsibility.

In addition we are seeking to work with several young men on character development through accountability groups.  Being honest, trustworthy and consistent is what needs to be developed.  There are other plans forthcoming that will seek to help in these areas.
