"Not by might nor by power but by my Spirit saith the Lord of Hosts!"  Zech 4:6  Yes God has done great things in the lives of people in the Lluvius church in the Oaxacan suburbs.  By faithful soul winning and discipleship the church continues to grow.  New believers are born through the work of 3rd generation Christians in a matter of 6 years.  This is exciting Biblical multiplication.

This year they have used small group meetings in twelve homes of the people to reach out to the lost.  Many people heard the gospel.  The fruit that has remained has been the salvation and growth of Jose and his family who in turn are already reaching out to more new people.  These new believers are immediately put into small group discipleship training for their care and growth.

Village Ministries - Azael and Hermalinda Lopez

This ministry encompasses 2 mountain villages and a new church plant in Los Alamos which is a suburb of Oaxaca!  They have been blessed with new believers and a zeal to reach the lost.  One of the ways that they minister is through seminars where everyone comes together for teaching, music and fellowship.  This is a great encouragement to everyone and the new believers grow.  Please pray for the plans they have made to reach out to those in their areas.

Small groups (left) are the core of the discipleship efforts. The Lluvius church is full on Sundays.  Jose and his daughters are new believers. Seminars and youth camps for the village ministry bring growth.
